ok. pick the Loom (tm) main character , give him drugs , make his eyes 
glow , stick a glowing "ics" string into a mountain panorama , and you 
have this image.
Obviously this image is Crap(tm) engineered so it maintains the standard 
quality of my work.

The Loom[or maybe a nazgul?]-Guy-On-drugs is made with lightwave 6.5
so it's his sword 
The Mountain panorama is also made with lightwave 6.5 .
the glowing eyes , the "ics" word , and other minor retouches are made with 
Photoshop 5.5 
all on windows nt4 i386.
