1. INTRODUCTION

   Originally Cadaver was going to do a cover of Be Quick Or Be Dead with
   death metal vocals with Skarf doing backing vocals in the chorus. But
   since Skarf didn't make the backing vocals, Cadaver made a version with
   power metal vocals instead. I asked him if I could listen to his death
   metal version anyway even if there was no backing vocals. After listening
   to theese two mods for a while I though his death metal version, which
   has more goat feeling, was better. To quote Cadaver:
   
       The realvocals/hifidrum version was maybe
       done with the wrong attitude, to impress
       people. I fall into this trap sometimes..

       Instead the grunt version is more like
       slapping someone on the face with an
       unwashed dick... :-)
       ...which is also closer to the
       attitude of Iron Maiden...

   But when it was only a few days left to the deadline Cadaver sent me
   a third song with high black metal vocals and with growls as backing 
   vocals in the chorus. Cadaver himself thought this version surpassed
   all the previous versions. So on Best Of The Fans 3 you only heard the
   black metal version, which is the A-side on this single. The two other
   versions are now released as B-sides on this disk, since I thought
   they were so good they had to be released.

   The last mod on this disk and the most rare is the Running Free version
   covered by Cadaver back in 1996 (his nick at that time was Faust). All
   mods on this disk have vocals which makes it unique for a cover disk.
