A very simple starry christmas tree,

How to Run

How it Works
  A simple centering function, with plenty
  of prints and multiples thereof.
  
  The tree specified had an obvious
  pattern to it.
  3 lines of growth, 1 of reduction each
  growth being increased per reduction.
  Maths is fun!
  
  I'm sure there's an equation to get
  those values, instead of using a couple
  of variables, but I couldn't find one.
  It'll do, I suppose!
